Royle Systems Group manufactures System Components that can be purchased individually to fulfill your component needs. The primary system components that Royle manufactures and sells are Payoffs and Takeups, Extruders, Triple Crossheads, and AutoLine Control Systems.

Royle's telescoping payoffs and takeups provide efficient reel handling for a variety of applications. Royle also was the first to market a heavy- duty rubber extruder in 1880 and manufacture quite an extensive line of extruders today. With over 100 years of application experience in extruders, Royle has gained a vast knowledge of all materials, both thermoplastic and thermosetting. In addition, Royle's triple crossheads for MV and EHV applications contain many key features that have enabled them to be well proven in installations worldwide. And finally, Royle's autoLine control system is the complete solution for line control and process analysis.
