As one of the early pioneers of continuous vulcanization (CV) systems in the 1950s, Royle combines decades of manufacturing and operating experience with the latest equipment and process technology. Royle's technology includes CV systems of all types – horizontal, vertical, and catenary. These CV systems utilize various curing mediums involving steam, nitrogen, eutectic salt, and oil.

Additionally, Royle manufactures systems that utilize silane crosslinking technology, which is well proven in low voltage and medium voltage applications. The Company also supplies building wire systems to produce the common THHN constructions and similar product constructions.
