UV Ribbon Line

Royle's optical fiber ribbon line is designed for optimum curing properties achieved through the use of precision servo drives and high intensity lamps. Accurate and constant tension control along with minimal bending of the fibers help to produce a quality product. The Ribbon Line offers a unique design in that it has floor level string up where some competitive machines require the operator to climb a "tower" to string the line up. This is both economical on machinery design and very efficient to use in a manufacturing environment.
